Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness, Queasy Sensation In The Stomach, Chills And Joints Pain

Hi, I have been feeling light headed, queasy stomach, no vomiting. no diarrhea. Chills and joint pain. Not sure if I had a fever. Started on Sunday afternoon, a little better Monday. no change today. Still queasy and light headed. Virus? or something I would need to see a doctor for.
