Suggest Treatment For Limb Shortening After Hip Surgery

hi dr. I underwent a surgery at the age of 8 totally removing my hip ball and socket. Consequent to this I had two caeseran babies and then i underwent hysterectomy. Again for intestine block I had to undergo a surgery. I am 54 years old. What would be your advise. I have limb shorternign of about 4 inches between the legs
