Suggest Treatment For Limited Speech, Fear Of Loud Noises, And Unusual Behaviors In A Toddler

Hi, my son is 3yr10mn. He can t speak now without two word (abba & amma) ,he scared with loud sound,cover his ears with hand and cries some time. He have not the sense what to eat & what not to eat. He does urine and stool in the pant without knocking us. He don t play with other s where children s are playing (home/play ground) but he likes to play with himself with running movement from one side to other and chair,toys wheels, spinning objects. He is suffering from illness from the age of 3month(pox, diarrhea,cough,cold, fever etc.). He looks like he is in panic with noise,screaming & loud sound and sometimes with nothing. He cries some time very badly with closed eyes like he feel too much difficulty on somewhere of his body but he can t express with us, after sometime (10 to 30 mins) he became normal as nothing happened with him. So, my request to honourable doctor s please suggest me that what treatment should I do for my loving baby Rahat. Please forgive me if there is any mistake in the writing.
