Suggest Treatment For Limps Arms And Vomiting After A Head Injury
My 2 1/2 year old hit her back of her head on concrete and as soon as my son picked her up, I saw her little arms just go limp and her head fell backwards she would not stop crying so I grabbed her started to comfort her as I sat her down she vomited. I am very concerned. What happened to her? She is fine now but I can t stop thinking of what happened at that moment. this happened about 5 hours ago,

Its a medical emergency and needs to be properly examined and a CT Scan may also be needed. If she didn't vomit or there was no other sign of neurologic disturbance then it was all ok. But as she vomited, that means she had some moderate to severe injury and CT scan is mandatory in such cases to see any internal bleeding. It is important to avoid any serious and irreversible damage to the brain tissue.
Hope I answered all of your questions. Have a wonderful time ahead. Keep in touch for a follow-up too.
Regards! DR. MUHAMMAD HANIF USA
