Suggest Treatment For Lines On Vaginal Area And Itching Inside Vagina

It started like a line, felt like the skin had been cut and it had scabbed back together!but its not a scab its like a line of extra skin? i feel like i can pick it off but it wont come off!It also hurts to do this as it like picking off skin! its now got longer and now theres 2 lines from the vaginal area to the anal hole and im worried this could be a serious problem? it doesnt itch but the inside of my vagina seems to itch like crazy and tried thrush cream for this but it hasnt seem to help? really worried about what to do, you can feel it with your fingers! what do you suggest?
