Suggest Treatment For Lipoma

I have puffiness around both ankles. got ultrasound, xray and MRI. Inication is it is lipoma. Over several years it is not draining since it is encapsuled. from an aesthetic oint, it looks like I have very thick ankles. Do you recommend surgery, is it safe?

Hi, welcome to HCM,
Lipoma is harmless and some times resolve itself.
Surgical excision is only way to get rid of this.
There are many techniques with which lipoma will be remove with minimal scarring.
Go for it.
