Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your biopsy report says you have lipoma in thyroid. It is very rare condition and there may be chance of inadequate sampling. You should go for ultrasound thyroid. It will give exact idea whether it is lipoma only or any tumor. Then you need to plan accordingly.

If it is lipoma then nothing to worry. It is purely benign tumor.

For other symptoms go for investigation according to advise of your doctor.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you very good health.
