Suggest Treatment For Little Electric Shock From Electric Appliances

Hi, I'm worried for my Mum. Throughout each day my mum will keep getting little electric shocks from touching the fridge, computer and people in the house. It has been happening for a few weeks now and no one else in the house gets it except for her. My mum had a checkup a while back and she is in good health apart from a little high cholesterol. Please tell me why this is happening to my Mum only?
