Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kindly provide your reports if done to give more comment regarding that. Liver infection also includes hepatitis, so liver infection is a broad term.

Following work up can be done:
-CBC
-USG abdomen
-SGPT
-SGOT
-Bilirubin estimation

According to the report, further specific management plan decided. Consult the gastroenterologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
