Suggest Treatment For Locking Of Knee While Walking

Morning doc I feel I have a loose bony in my knee but my knee doesn't pain it's just smetimes while walking it locks n smetimes I am just normal I did my xray n MRI t reports are just normal MRI shows very little less fluid what should I do I am 38 yrs my weight is 59 my height is 5"5
