Suggest Treatment For Looking Over Aged

I am 24 years old man look like a 30 years old one. I have dull skin and always looking and feeling tired although i have enough sleep and more and less no tension. I have used isotrex for skin patches and found it a bit better. Please doctor give me some advice as looking over aged giving me tough time to get a better career opportunities and also in my social circles I am neglected due to mismatch with my friends.
