Suggest Treatment For Loose Bowel Movement And Blood In Stool
I just made a bowel movement that felt runny. When I wiped, I noticed red. I turned to look and the bowl had bright red blood. I believe quite a bit. My radial palpates at 32 beats in 30sec sitting down and 38 beats standing up. I am 41, male, drug allergies include prednisone, and no meds, alcohol, drugs, and non-smoker.

Since you are having loose bowel movement you should keep yourself adequately hydrated. Take a course of Norflox TZ orally to get relieve.
Take ORS, plain water, soups & juice. Take porridge or oats meal. To prevent acidity avoid being empty stomach.
You should get Stool examination (R/E & C/S) done to detect if the stool has fresh blood or tarry blood or blood mixed in stool. You will be treated accordingly.
You may be recommended to get few more investigations done along with imaging tests for detailed study.
Bright red blood mixed with the stools indicates the bleeding is acute and likely in the colon.
Causes of blood in stool include infections, IBD, diverticula, or tumor. If a great deal of blood is lost, an emergency colonoscopy will be necessary.
Blood in stool is also due to piles, hemorrhoids or anal fissures. Get investigated and treated at the earliest.
