Suggest Treatment For Loose Hanging Foreskin Over Penis

Hi, Sometimes my foreskin hangs loose over my penis, other times it allows the head to stick out and is tight an some times folds inside and doubles up like a shirt cuff. My penis changes size many times during the day without stimulation or thought. This can be very embarrassing. When I want an erection for masturbation or sex with my wife it will not happen. I can not ejulate and orgasam takes so long it feels dirty and not thoughtful.

I think you are having so many misconception about the size of penis or its skin .
Why are feeling embarrassing , I don't understand .
The size of penis in normal circumstances depend on the temperature of body , if there is severe winter ,the size will decrease ,while if there is hot size will increase due to dilation of every part of body .
So you are perfectly alright .
As far as orgasm ( it take long time ) ,this is also normal in your case .
No need of any medicine , so don't take any tension.
Still ,you feel any problem , consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
