Suggest Treatment For Loose Hanging Testicles

Hi, from last 10 years, My testicles always hangs in the scrotum like balls and never tight. I always feel that they will be heart while I drive a Bike or Run. Is this OK or something wrong. I am 32 Years old Male, unmarried, and I fear that when I will marry wether some problem Please suggest. I had first masturbate at the age of 18 years then never, but suffering from night falls sometimes after 1 week or after 2 weak. Sometimes, 6-7 years back, I had again started to masturbate and become habitual and masturbate after every 2-3 days, but then somehow I got-rid of the problem. Now I never masturbate and not wanted to masturbate actually. But sometimes night falls occur after every 15-20 days. I want to get relief from all that.

But due to the above explained problem I feel low about myself and I am very thin and lean.

Hi,

1. Nightly loss of semen is natural and perfectly normal in a healthy man
2. If you can avoid masturbation, avoid it. But don’t put too much pressure on yourself
3. The scrotum normally contract only if you are in a cold environment. So you can test yourself if this function works. Fill your bathtub with very cold water, sit in it for a moment and check what your scrotum does.

The reflex of the scrotum to get tight is not there to protects your testicles from a bike ride, but to regulate temperature because the sperm which is produced inside the testicles wants it a bit cooler than the 36.8 degree Celsius inside your body.
