Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion And Vomiting In A Child

Hi doctor, My 6 years son had vomiting, loose motions fever stomach cramps from last 4 days now fever is undercontrol from 24 hours. doctor has prescribed him to take sucrafil O gel , Zanocin and netazoxanide but he still having pain in stomach after taking this medicine. any suggestion please
