Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion In A Child

My son is 4 months old. He has loose motion. So his stool inspected and found plenty of fat globules. No parasites and no pus cells. Doctor suggested not to give antibiotics. He has recommended to ORS and lose motion will stop in 8-10 days. Please suggest any further examination is required or not.
