Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion In A Child

Hi, I have 4 month old baby, he having loose motion from yesterday around 6 to 8 times in a day, its like watery. Our Doctors prescribed Nutrolin-B for twice a day. But still whenever he feeds wheter formula or mother s milk, lose motion starts at least or once. Kindly suggest what to do ??
