General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your query & concern.
Your baby seems to have teething problem. The loose motions are mostly due to infection incurred while biting any thing that is available to the baby.
- suitable antibiotic to control the infection/ kaolin- pectin mixture to control loose motions ( with a pediatrician's advise)is needful.
- maintaining hydratio of baby is important. most of the times routine breast feeding suffices/ ORT water with boiled water or Iv fluids are to be added was per doctor's advise.
- You are giving biochemical medicine Calcaria phos . Add a pinch of Ferrum phos to it & Repeat the dose every two hours till the motions are controlled.
Thanks.
