Hello and welcome to HCM,
Frequent loose motions suggest diarrhea and most common cause of diarrhea is gastrointestinal tract infection.
Is there history of food poisoning or consumption of stale food?
If there is no history of food poisoning then there is possibility of gastrointestinal tract infection.
You need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotic.
In the meanwhile, you need to consume light food and avoid fatty and spicy food.

Thanks and take care
