It's hard to say what your blood pressure treatment is, since you don';t have your blood pressure listed here. I will say that your heart rate is too high, and you should likely be put on a beta blocker, especially if you have a history of high blood pressure and any history or risk factors for coronary artery disease. Gallbladder polyps are recommended to be removed at 6mm or more, and yours is 5.5mm, so I'd recommend seeing a general surgeon for removal of the gallbladder polyp in order to remove the gallbladder (this is the only treatment for polyps in the gallbladder).
