Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions In A Child

hi... my baby is 6 months old... always he used to have infection... A week before i have done culture in that infection was there... but from 2 days again loose motion is going on.. Daily 6 to 8 times motions will be there that to any time green colour will be there.. Plz tell me solution for this...
