Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions

last six month i am facing a problem of loose motion in a day .i check up the doctor and he suggested me some medicines like D.s entamizol, colofac, Imodium capsole, Asacol,motilium,zantac,flygyl,but i am not feeling better after taking these medicines i have done complete blood test ,liver function test ,hepatitis b,c test but every thing is fine in my test plz give me a solution about my loose motion problem i am worry and feeling much weakness

Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query.I think I will be able to offer you a good advice.

I think the problem that you are looking for is something that we can call irritable bowel syndrome. In short, it's called IBS.

In this condition one can have diarrhoea or constipation or both may alternate with each other.

There are no test that will help you find the diagnosis. In other words, the tests you have done may all be negative or normal.

I would suggest medication's like amitryptiline, rifaximin and even isapghulla.
