Suggest Treatment For Loose Skin On The Vagina

I have two flappy pieces of skin hanging from my vagina and they are loose and look disgusting I am a virgin and 16...I had surgery years ago and had my vag stitched up.. I was wondering what the problem was and if I should go c my gynecologist to have it tightened or removed?
