General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history well and understood the concerns about the patient having unconsciousness, dizziness and fatigue. Noted the reports and there is hypothyroidism well treated with Eltroxil 50 which should be continued and get the repeat thyroid functions after 1 month and later every 3 or 6 monthly interval to see if you need to change the dosages. Although MRI brain is normal the EEG is showing cerebral dysrrythmias hence you have to continue other medications as advised like Ciprlex, Oxetol, Vertigon and so on.

Also continue other medications as mentioned. Have a regular review with the treating Doctors for clinical evaluation, examination and review investigations to decide the changes and additions in the management. Take strict bed rest as it helps in recover. Avoid stress and anxiety.

I hope this answer helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
