Dear Dr. Am 29 / Male , Software Engg:, i was 63 Kgs, now came to 59.. have less appetite, anxiety, stress, gastric issues, feels like tired. and gets tired fastly .in case of any hadworks.. feels irritation in stomach.. please advice on diet , medicine and lifestyle
Your lifestyle is probably the cause for your presentation. I am sure you are doing weird shifts, and also have long gaps between your meals; probably even having a night shift somewhere once in a while.
Make sure you have your meals on time, even while at work, get enough sleep per day and also start with some oral multivitamin supplements. Get a complete blood panel conducted to check on anaemia and rule it out, and also a nutrient profile check.
Eat at least 3-5 meals a day of averaged sized portions with high fiber and protein content, along with at least 60 minutes of exercise per day. Write to me or a nutritionist for a more detailed diet plan.
Best wishes.
