Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Appetite, Fatigue And Painful Urination

i have COPD and my breathing seem to be working well for the last 10 months, but for the last three weeks im having problems breathing out and with each breath im now wheezing and stomack getting hard with limited bowle movement accompanied with painfull urination , lost of appetite and servere fatigue and servere coughing causing dizzieness

youare having chronic pulmonary obstructive disease. x-ray pa view lungs to be taken and consult plmunologist for examination andiagnosisrespiratory support or bronchodialater can be taken on his advise.constipation painful urination are to be treated separatly. exclude uti.
