Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Balance, Fatigue, Visual Disturbances And Shortness Of Breath

I have been suffering from coordination imbalance, rapid fatiguability especially with activity, weakness, muscle twitching, no strength in my right hand, visual disturbances, shortness of breath especially with activity, heart race. I had an MRI of head - came back negative, lumber puncture - negative, I also saw a cardiologist - negative. What might I have? Any idea? Thanks.
