Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Cervical Lordosis According To A MRI

Hi, Recently I took MRI scan for my Spine due to Heavy Neck Pain and back Pain, MRI Scan Observations : Loss of Cervical lordosis is noted Minimal Osteophytic Lipping of verterbral bodies noted. After this doctor has given medicines still I am getting Pain . Can Please let me know How cure from this .

Hi,
Loss of normal curvature of cervical spine and having osteophytes formation shows that there might be having spondilitis and degenerative changes in cervical vertebrae.
Along with medicines go for physiotherapy, short way diathermy and if require cervical traction will be of much helpful.
