General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per your description it seems like sensory neural hearing loss and it is a difficult condition to cure.

Possibility of an implant must be considered. Consult an ENT surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
