Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Lumber Lordosis And Disc Bulge

Hi Sir My name is Lal Chand 39 Years. My MRI report findings are: Loss if lumber lordosis is seen which due to muscle spasm. Mild diffuse disc bulge seen at L4-L5 which resulting thecal indentation with left foraminal stenosis and right foraminal narrowing. Central diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 causing thecal indentation with no significant neural compression seen. Kindly suggest how i can treated now? Can it be cured without surgery?
