Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Memory,convulsions And Body Stiffness

From 2nd jan 10 my uncle is suffering in a nuro dieses which is just like convalsion problem, now his age is 68. after jan he faced that problem in june, after that each & every month . at that time his bp comes down in between 40/58.and he was in unconsious mood, first his body is shiverring then we feel a jarking after total body goes to stiff condition. after 45 minutes when he recap his consiousness he cant memorise what happend. last oct 28th we went to bangalire NIMHNS. He is taking medecine LEVETIRACETAM TAD 250MG(LEVROXA) from RANBAXY. 2 TAB IN MORNING & 2 TAB AT NIGHT. But again yesterday he faced same problem, But this time his bp is 100/60.and sugar is 136. Now Sir give us a sugession what we have to do to make him cure from that dieses. Is it cureable or not we want to know that also. We have EEG, SCAN REPORT.If you want then we can send all report by fax but we want clear result. Pl help us sir.We already waste more that Rs130000 for his treatment, but we didnt get any clear report. Another one things he had pacemaker.
