Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Strength In Arms And Hands

I am 33 years old,female.I have got prob in my arms n hands.Initially lost strength in arms 4 years back but gradually strength was back but wid tremours.All tests including NCV has been done but everything came out normal.Still am on medication of propranololwid other medicines
