Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Wind From Vagina

I have had a lot of gas recently and now am getting embarrassing vaginal farting noises occuring after sitting at my desk at work. Co workers are around so this sound is getting noticed much to my embarrassment! What can I do to stop this
