Suggest Treatment For Low BP Along With Dizziness

I have been checking my wife of 76 blood pressure all evening and t is ranging around 98 over 60 at 75 beats per min for about 5 hours. She has vomited four times, not eaten but once this morning and is dizzy She took two arthiritic pills today , first time, and started feeling dizzy soon after. Should I wait until morning to see a doctor ? tempt 98 F.

Hello,

Vomiting may be due to lowered blood pressure. As she had vomited, she might have lost fluids from her body. The following are treatment options:
1) Tab. Ondansetron can be taken thrice daily.
2) Fluids are to be replenished with oral rehydration solutions or ORS.
3) She might be having allergy to those arthritic pills that led to dizziness.
4) Temperature seems to be normal.
5) Adequate rehydration helps in restoring blood pressure and decreases dizziness too.

If her condition doesn't improve even with the above treatment, you need to see a physician.
