Suggest Treatment For Low BP And Headaches

I went to the Dr. The other day they checked my vitals as regular. My blood pressure was 100/64 with 102 pulse. The nurse made a comment and asked me if I felt ok. That my pressure was low. I have been suffering from a headache for about 4 weeks now. Have never had headaches like this before. I have been checking my blood pressure at home and it s been about the same every since the Dr. Visit 3 days ago. Just checked it now it was 101/53 pulse 107. My normal blood pressure all my life anytime I have ever checked it has always been perfect 117/60 or 120/73 pulse normally in the 80 s this is very new to me.
