Suggest Treatment For Low BP And Recurrent Abdominal Pain
Hi, My name is Tara. I have had recurring bouts of ruq pain since 1/11/2015. My blood pressure has been as low as 90/45 but no higher than 100/60. I have had ultrasounds of gall bladder -no stones visible. A gastroscopy -epiglottis, oesophagus, duodenum, pylori, gastric cardiac normal. Colonoscopy - four small ( 7mm) session polyps but otherwise normal.
You have to rule our any renal problems RUQ pain. Then regarding Low BP,go for cardiac evaluation. Do: CTor MRI abdomen and chest ECG/ECHO routine blood test CBC/Blood sugar/LFT/RFT.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
