Suggest Treatment For Low BP

Lately I have had low blood pressure once in a while like 4 or 5 times in different occasions, but tonight I did not take the amalodipine because it was lower than 120. Around 3:00a.m. My husband took my blood pressure and it was 84 by 51. I jumped out of bed, I felt ok., my husband gave coffee and I put my legs up and right away went up to 141/85/71. What could it be?
