It is extremely difficult to accurately answer your question without a thorough review of your medical records from the hospital. For example I do not know why you were admitted in the first place. Heart rate decelerations (the heart rate dropping) is concerning and in the US it would be doubtful you would be released with these conditions but it is impossible to know the severity of the low fluid and decelerations without reviewing the records. However I encourage you to pay very good attention to the baby's movements and stay in bed as much as possible laying on your left side. If you do not feel the baby move at least every 2 hours you should go back to the hospital. I wish you good luck with your pregnancy and hope this was helpful.
