Suggest Treatment For Low Back Pain In Case Of Disc Bulge At L4-L5 Level

I have had two slip and falls, both on right hip and auto accident a year ago.

Having some low back pain for a year as well as a bulge under my right hip, been to several doctors and three specialists and had numerous tests only findings were hip effusion, pulled muscles, and possible bursitis? Had injections at pain clinic and physical therapy, and went to chiropractor, nothing is helping. I am unable to sit or lay, cannot rotate my hip, one doctor said it was a nerve impingment and sent me to the pain clininc. Recently found out when I obtained medical records from 10 months ago, they discovered I had a mild bulge L4-L5 disc and was unaware of this. Any thoughts? I am thinking of going to Mayo Clinic.

Thank you.
