Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Pressure And Dizzy Spells

I have recently been diagnosed with HCM. I just had a serious dizzy spell and thought I would pass out. I took my BP and it showed 86/44. I am raising my feet and hydrating. Is there anything else I should do? Should I notify my doctor right away?
