Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Pressure And Nausea
I have felt very extreme nausea for a week. Having reflux no matter what I eat. Pulse is below normal range (always had low blood pressure) , headaches a lot, dry tongue, feeling full and liquids up to the esophagus so I can t drink more than I want, sometimes kidneys hurt and can t sleep... Plus, my stomach aches a lot
Hi welcome to HCM. I understand your query and concern. Low blood pressure can be due to relative loss of fluid from the body.Hence fluid supplementation is needed in the form of 3-4 liters of water a day.Drugs like Fludrocortisone will help to increase the blood pressure.Avoid standing for long duration.I advise you to have a baseline 2 dimensional echocardiography,ECG and lipid profile to assess the basic cardiac reserve of your heart.Restrict the intake of salt to less than 6g/day.Regular physical exercise in the form of brisk walk for 20 min a day for 5 days a week is pretty useful.Consult a Cardiologist for further expert management.Post your further queries if any. Thank you.
