Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Pressure

my mother (89 yrs) has just had a blood transfusion (1 wk ago) due to a very low blood count - 7...she had a colonoscopy done (normal) and a gastro...something... (found an ulcer and some growths that they determined to be baterial in origin) she was given antibiotics - Amoxilin. however she now feels weaker than ever and can barely lift her feet to walk and feels dizzy all the time. she is on a range of medications but has been on these for more than two years - including medication for high blood pressure, however when i tested her pressure last night it was quite low 120/60

hi
for a known hypertensive on medications , this much of blood pressure is quite ok,
for 89 years of age & hypertensive she should have some age related diastolic dysfunctions or muscle hyper-trophic changes of the heart, which is quite common.
this dizziness can be antibiotic induced or due to electrolyte imbalance or due to infection.
please keep regular check up on the blood pressure , if still low, you can consult the treating doctor to reduce the dosage of the medications (blood-pressure)
all the best
take care
