Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I hope your depression has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist and both your cholesterol and depression is treated professionally. If yes, your worries are uncalled for. Otherwise, you should get professional treatment. The doctors will be able to clear all of your doubts and they are capable of it. Over and above you need to understand your life. There are certain things you can manage or control and most others are not manageable and controllable.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
