Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Fever And Constant Dizziness

hi, my son 10 years old has low grade fever since 2 days ago, the fever went down, but now is gradually up again, he felt lethargic and dizzy all the time. We gave him otc medicine..but he still feel dizzy, his face is red. (he doesn't have any other symptom)..is he having a normal flu? thanks

Low grade fever with lethargy and dizziness is suggestive of some sort of viral infection for which you can give your son some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or zifi after an expert opinion along with nimol-plus or ibugesic-plus for fever. Give some multivitamin syrup for lethargy and dizziness. Do cold sponging to reduce the temperature of his body.
