Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Fever And Cough In A Toddler

My 2 year old son was diagnosed with the flu 3 days ago, after showing symptoms 4 full days ago. In the past day, he has started making a gasping noise with his cough. He is on Tamiflu 2X/day. His fever, when he runs one, is low grade (100.4 was the highest today).

tamiflu is specific for swane flu. can have swabtest to confirm swine flu. give detail information. should consult paeditric ian for examination and advise.
