Suggest Treatment For Low Grade Fever, Chills And Profuse Sweating

Dark cloudy urine, low output, low grade fever, sweating, chills, feel terrible. Started Thursday. Had some initial front lower groin pain. Can t remember last time I had a bowel movement. Not hungry. Constantly drinking cold water. Groin pain pretty much gone. Headache. Pulse is fast. Worried about kidney stones or bowel issues.
