Suggest Treatment For Low Libido And Hair Loss After UAE Procedure

HI, I am 46 years old. I had a UAE procedure done 2 years ago because of fibroids and have not had a period since. Now I have very low libido, vaginal dryness and I'm having a lot of hair loss. Are these symptoms connected and is it a sign of hormone changes in me?
