Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have low muscular tone , which is also known as hypotonia . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cerebral palsy , brain damag , muscular dystrophy , down syndrome , prader-Willi syndrome , tay-Sachs disease or trisomy 13 . i would suggest you to consult neurologistf for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like nerve conduction test , blood test , take history and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe nerve supplement along with physical therapy along with other rehabilitation therapy . For now eat healthy diet and do light exercises daily . Also do mind relaxing exercises like yoga and mediation .
