General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the menses cycle is not normal that of 28 days and delayed every month, 5-8 days; possible ovulation period varies and following are best guidelines:
- Try to manage daily unprotected intercourse for the period of 9 to 25 days of the menstrual cycle as it will cover most of the period of ovulation.
- As the hormone imbalance is underlying, you will get conceive, but have to wait for a period of time (which is variable depending upon the individual response to the therapy)
- It is absolutely safe to have a baby at this period if you wishes the same provided it is under the OBGYN monitoring

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
