Dear sir, i married 2 years ago. no baby yet. then test the Siemens analysis. result is 99% abnormal. and 8 to 112 % puss cells. and feel sexual weekness i use diffeent medicine last 6 month but no change. i m so worried about it. can you advice me some best medicine.

Hi,

Consult a urologist and get evaluated. We have to look for any possible underlying causes like varicocele prostate related problems. If partner fails to conceive, you can consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated.
